It is almost 10 days since Usain Bolt’s attorneys gave the management at Stocks and Securities Ltd. (SSL) time to refund the $12.7million dollars stolen from the athlete’s investment account, and everyone is waiting to see what happens when they file the court claim, and against who.
Is it going to be against ‘Jean Ann Panton’ who at this point is scared for her life and it is yet to be determined if she is a witness, a perpetrator or a scapegoat.
On Monday January 23rd. Jamaican police accompanied Ms. Panton to an apartment complex where she is residing, but it was referred to as a raid, by some.

In the footage Ms. Panton is seen being assisted in a wheelchair and later in the video footage there are several heavily armed special forces personnel with covered faces entering the premises.
Those heavily armed and masked special police officers were not there to apprehend Ms. Panton or anyone connected to her, a Jamaican reporter said
“it appears to be more of a message to those that may seek to harm Ms. Panton”.
As of January 26th. Ms. Jean Ann Panton has not been charged with any crime.
During the search at the apartment complex the Director of the Constabulary Communications Unit, Jamaica Constabulary Force, Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay. told reporters that Ms. Jean Ann Panton was not under arrest.
