On Wednesday night March 30th. A fatal shooting incident occurred near the corner of North Front Street and Rhaburns Alley, on the north side of Belize City.
Initial reports are that Windell Neal Jr. was shot during a visit to the location, reportedly to buy some weed, and the shooter is also from the neighborhood.
