They are 28-year-old, Kishane McDougal, who was charged and indicted on six counts of unlawful sexual intercourse of a minor minor then only 13 years old.

It was back in 2015 that McDougal was first arraigned before the Lower court charged only initially with one count of unlawful sexual intercourse.

The following year, on June 2, 2016, five more charges for unlawful sexual intercourse was slapped upon him.

Allegations are that between December 2015 and January 2016, McDougal had sexual intercourse with the minor who at the time was only thirteen years old.

Cuellar was charged and indicted on a single charge of rape of a senior citizen, a 73-year-old woman of the island.

Allegations made against Cuellar was that on November 16, 2015 he raped the elderly woman

Today the DPP entered a case of ‘nolle prosequi’ against both accused men who walked free.
