The Civil case filed against British Royal-‘Prince Andrew’ by Virginia Giuffre has not been so good news for the prince.
Because a ruling will allow the case to proceed to the discovery stage, over-ruling an effort by lawyers for ‘Prince Andrew’ that sought to have the case dismissed.
The civil case by Virginia Giuffre is a case of sexual abuse against the prince for the escapades that happened when she was 17 years old.
